The Sahara Total Lifestyle Change Challenge by Dr Hibbah Osei-Kwasi

The Sahara Total Lifestyle Change Challenge has helped African and Caribbean communities in Greater Manchester achieve their health and lifestyle goals. Inspired by Dr Hibbah Osei-Kwasi’s research, The  Sahara TLC Challenge was designed to deliver six months co-produced-culturally-adapted-lifestyle and weight management intervention to African and Caribbean people living in the Greater Manchester area. This was undertaken after a needs assessment showed
